2) Kindly be aware that fulfillment times are rough estimates provided based on the current information available. Shipments are subject to factory timetables and the large-scale international freight process. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

3) Orders only ship out once all components of the order have been received from our manufacturers. Please be advised that this may cause some orders to be delayed or held up by another product if it is within the same order. We understand the frustration that delays may cause, but rest assured that we are working diligently to fulfill orders completely.

I need to formerly apologize for the lack of content and updates on items these past few months. I'd like to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the struggles I'm facing. Despite my feelings of failing, I need to address the issues I've been facing…

 

Due to the ongoing tariffs/uncertainty in the markets, it is with a heavy heart to announce an official delayment of items even further than anticipated. Until something changes, I will have to slow down considerably with production of items unfortunately. 

My hopes are to still be able to do smaller items/runs, but it's honestly just not feasible for me to drop the excess amount in extra costs added on at the ports for larger, higher costing goods. This would force my hand into changing prices considerably just to be able to cover the extra unnecessary cost making my already declining sales to complete non-existence with over-priced goods no one would want to pay for.

 

Prior to these taking into effect,  I had made an update regarding the status of the Magical Twilight, Plundering Pirates, and AI Virus Dice stating the unfortunate error that still seemed to occur at the end of the production. 

I tried working with the manufacturer to fix the issue that had been made aware explicitly prior to mass-production beginning, however it still ended up showing. The manufacturer was not willing to accommodate, or even communicate to me, after bringing up the issue again to them that it was still indeed there. After receiving no further response from them, I was then forced to bring a third-party involved to mediate the growing issue just to even get some resemblance of a refund since they just weren't willing to cooperate in light of the quality issue…. As such, all dice items will further be delayed until a new manufacturer capable of being able to produce quality products and adhere to the design layouts is found.

 

I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences of all issues and delays regarding the production of the dice and understand everyone’s frustrations in the long wait for their pre-ordered items. This entire ordeal has been a huge headache to manage, nonetheless I must move forward however I can by pivoting some plans a bit for the betterment of the future for everyone. I hope you all can understand my frustrations in this matter and be patient a bit longer as I try to navigate through this bumpy journey. I want to thank each of you for all your  patience and support thus far as I would not continue to be here if it weren't for this community of amazing people!

 

In light of what's being said, I need to take matters into my own hands by doing right for everyone.  I understand there are still pre-orders yet to have been shipped due to items not having been received. I also understand the frustrations as mentioned of not having received your items for so long and because of the situation. I will be emailing ALL individuals directly who still have pre-orders needing to be fulfilled to give them the below options moving forward to accommodate to the best of my ability…


A) - Refund pre-order items. If orders contain available items able to fulfill, they will be shipped out immediately. *BONUS ITEMS/DISCOUNTS FOR YOUR PATIENCE & SUPPORT*

 

B) - Be patient by supporting and waiting for pre-ordered items to ship out at a later date. Available items to fulfill will be shipped out immediately and pre-ordered items will ship at a later date. BONUS ITEMS/DISCOUNTS FOR YOUR PATIENCE & SUPPORT*

 

C) - Be patient and support by waiting for all goods to arrive and have shipped out all at the same time. *BONUS ITEMS/DISCOUNTS FOR YOUR PATIENCE & SUPPORT*


I do need to make it clear that I WILL NOT  be planning on closing any time soon! It would mean the world to me if anyone can support the shop by taking a look at all the IN-STOCK items available now for purchase and shipping, as it directly contributes to the ongoing operations, new items, and the support of our artists and affiliates alike. I understand that with the state of the market right now, many shops are in the process of raising prices, however I WILL NOT  be doing so. Unfortunately I cannot control shipping costs, but keeping my prices the same or discounting them is something I can control in the process to give back to the community. I was however able to add a new discounted shipping option for international orders.
