2) Kindly be aware that fulfillment times are rough estimates provided based on the current information available. Shipments are subject to factory timetables and the large-scale international freight process. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
3) Orders only ship out once all components of the order have been received from our manufacturers. Please be advised that this may cause some orders to be delayed or held up by another product if it is within the same order. We understand the frustration that delays may cause, but rest assured that we are working diligently to fulfill orders completely.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
As some may have observed, several projects initially planned for a SUMMER fulfillment have been postponed to the FALL/WINTER season to guarantee that all items meet our high standards of quality. Due to the regrettable prolonged wait times in production/fulfillment, it's imperative to slow down and postpone the introduction of substantial quantities of new product releases in order to focus on the current projects that need their immediate attention. Several anticipated items that were in the works have been postponed to focus on the current stock/projects being produced and only a select few of the future items will now make their debut onto the shop once revealed throughout the rest of the year. There was an unfortunate delay in production with the stickers due to an influx of orders for the manufactures. They are being printed currently and I should know more about the delivery estimate soon. These should arrive this month, but due to the holiday season please be aware that they may not come in til early Jan. 2025.

Each design was updated and completed, however there was an unfortunate error on some sides of dice that was not shown until the end resulting in a concave area around most of each of the characters. The issue has been made aware and it will get fixed prior to being sent to me. Again, I'm deeply sorry for all these delays and issues and appreciate all the patience and support while things are fixed.
